No-shows OR cancelling 3 hours before your appointment - Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show", and will be charged the full amount for their "missed" appointment.

With the growth of our school, we recognize that our core staff is not going to be able to keep up. Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. The last major change that will be noticed by returning folks is the staffing.
Coupons, loyalty card and other discounts cannot be used with Gift Certificates. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. We are not responsible for lost or stolen card.
One new initiative that the school is undertaking is the addition of a volunteer school. The next big improvement is with the equipment. Late Arrivals - if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
We have purchased 2 adult and 1 junior mono ski. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. The school has seen a few changes, as well as, taken on a couple new initiatives.
